Regency Building Services has a complete Mechanical and Electrical Department with design, installation and maintenance capabilities. We have completed various types of installation work, including offices, hospitals, education premises and many other industrial and commercial applications. Our staff are therefore fully conversant with the latest Regulations and all our work is certified as such.
Installation, working and record drawings are also prepared on our own CAD systems.
All maintenance procedures are computer based to facilitate ease of planning and minimise delay in reaction times.Maintenance
